Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Iris was a mixed bag. The staff were friendly and quick during check-in and check-out, which I appreciated. However, the room could have used a deep clean, as I noticed some stains and a discolored refrigerator. It was basic, nothing fancy, but it served its purpose for my trip to San Diego.
My stay at Hotel Iris was quite average. While the location was fantastic, just across the street from Fashion Valley Mall and conveniently close to the freeway, the experience had its shortcomings. The room itself didn't quite match the pictures, with some unfinished repairs and a few maintenance issues. Overall, it served its purpose for a one or two-night stay, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price I paid.
My stay at the Iris Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was convenient for my activities, the overall experience was marred by uncleanliness and a lack of basic amenities. I encountered cockroaches in my room, and the lack of hot water on multiple occasions left me frustrated. I expected more from my stay, especially considering the price I paid.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Iris. On one hand, the location was convenient for access to attractions and my room was clean and affordable. On the other hand, I encountered some issues like a malfunctioning fridge in my kitchenette room and a lack of attention to detail in maintenance. Overall, I think the hotel offers decent value, but I'd recommend checking your room thoroughly upon arrival.
My stay at Hotel Iris was mixed. I appreciated the friendly staff and the clean, modern bathroom, but I faced issues with the hot water and some room amenities. Given the circumstances, I was hoping for better communication and support from the management.
